‘Cowboys For Trump’ Founder Does A 180, Blasts Former President During QAnon Conference

Cuoy Griffin, the man behind Cowboys for Trump, appears to have finally turned his back on the former president, speaking out against him at a recent QAnon conference.

“We supported President Trump because of his fight for justice as well. And for four years we cried, ‘Lock her up. Lock her up. Lock her up.’” he told the crowd, referring, of course, to Hillary Clinton. “We know she’s a criminal. What did the president tell us? If I was in charge of the law, you’d be in jail.”

Griffin is one of those facing charges for his role in the January 6 Capitol riot, slapped with a misdemeanor over knowingly entering restricted grounds.

“At the end of your four-year time, the only ones locked up were men like me, and others like me, that have stood by the president the strongest,” he added.

Cowboys for Trump was started by Griffin in 2019, and he had previously expressed his belief that Trump was chosen by God to rule the country.

He isn’t the first former Trump fanatic to realize that he’s been following a grifter this whole time, but every time it happens, the internet has a field day with it.

Of course, it would have been nice if he had also figured out the election wasn’t stolen, Hillary Clinton isn’t going to jail over some emails, and QAnon is pure insanity, but that would be asking far too much.
