The video starts with a shot in which Dollar can be seen flying, while Gaurav, accompanied by a woman says, ‘Let’s make Dollar fly,” according to that article’s reporting.

“‘Please don’t take it wrong. When we will fly Dollar, we will take all safety precautions,’” Gaurav said in the now-deleted video. The video shows how the YouTuber got ready with drones and a few other pieces of equipment and then drove to a shop first to buy ballons. The video also captures his conversation with the shopkeeper whom he asks how many balloons will be required to keep Dollar fly.”

Clips from the video can be seen in this NDTV, with a disclaimer at the start that “content in this video could be disturbing for viewers.”

NDTV relayed the message from the May 23 follow-up video in its story; Complex summarized it by saying he asserted he had taken “all the safety measures” necessary when “planning the widely criticized footage.” He also pledged that Dollar wouldn’t be making a repeat flight, and claimed that he treats Dollar “like a child.”

Responses to the video, however, showed many people reveling in his arrest. Comments in that video included “I hope that dog has a better home now,” “This guy has the audacity to even give an explanation,” and “Brother, I know you don’t want to hurt him, but the way you did it it was wrong.”

According to BBC’s report, the arrest was made after an animal welfare organization, People for Animals (PFA), complained about the video.
