A Pentagon watchdog has released a devastating report on Republican Representative Ronny Jackson, saying that he broke a number of rules and sexually harassed female subordinates during his time as White House physician.

The review states that multiple witnesses saw him drinking heavily, including at least once during a presidential trip, and generally created a hostile work environment with his explosive rages.

“Many of these witnesses described RDML Jackson’s behavior with words and phrases such as ‘meltdowns,’ ‘yells’ for no reason,’ ‘rages,’ ‘tantrums,’ ‘lashes out,’ and ‘aggressive,'” the report reads.

“These witnesses also described RDML Jackson’s leadership style with terms such as ‘tyrant,’ ‘dictator,’ ‘control freak,’ ‘hallmarks of fear and intimidation,’ ‘crappy manager,’ and ‘not a leader at all.”

Jackson was one of the top White House physicians during the Obama presidency and two years of the Trump presidency.

The Department of Defense inspector general interviewed dozens of witnesses who absolutely trashed him, as is apparent by that list of negative descriptors.

During one trip to the Philippines in 2014 with then-president Barack Obama, four witnesses say he drank to the point of intoxication and “made inappropriate comments about a female medical subordinate,” according to CNN.

“Witness 1, a medical subordinate, told us that during the Asia trip, before arriving in Manila, RDML Jackson told him a female medical subordinate (Manila Witness 2), who was also on the trip, had ‘great t–s,’ and ‘what a nice a–.”

After they arrived, Jackson continued drinking to the point that one witness could smell alcohol on his breath, and then the harassment escalated.

Upon returning to the hotel after going “out on the town,” he was seen pounding on the same woman’s hotel room door, and when she answered, saying “I need you” and “I need you to come to my room.”

Witnesses also said that Jackson took Ambien during this and other long flights as White House physician, though there seem to be conflicting reports on whether this was against official protocol.

All of this damning testimony might only be scratching the surface, however, as the report made it clear that it was “limited in scope and unproductive” due to interference from Trump’s White House Counsel.

Members of the White House Counsel’s Office apparently insisted on being there for any interviews of White House Medical Unit employees, which the report says had a “potential chilling effect” on the investigation.

Jackson retired from the Navy as the investigation was ongoing and days later filed to run for a seat in Congress from Texas, which he won in November 2020.

The probe also resulted in his withdrawal from consideration for the position of secretary of Veterans Affairs in 2018 in spite of Trump’s support.

Jackson has denied all of the allegations put forth in the report, claiming the investigation was politically motivated, but he’s also the guy who said this about Trump:
