Once upon a time, specifically on Monday, one Twitter user kicked off a hilarious thread by asking his followers, and eventually by extension the rest of left Twitter, to provide examples of “the best piece of ‘right-wing’ art,” by whatever personal definition you might hold of either “right-wing” or “art.” What followed was a gathering of all the most hilariously awful Trump paintings and tweets, Ben Garrison comics, cringe videos, and bizarre political “art” stunts to come out of conservatives in the U.S. and beyond.

Many people also cited various works of fiction that they consider to be right-wing or that were technically created by someone who held conservative values, including Lord of the Rings and the Batman franchise. These kicked off a lot of annoying fandom debate that we’re not interested in, so we focused mostly on things created by explicitly right-wing individuals or anything clearly meant to appeal to conservatives.
