Video taken on a flight into Salt Lake City, Utah, is the latest addition to the influx of recordings featuring unruly passengers ever since travel picked up again.

@funnydenny shared three clips of a man sitting near him on the American Airlines flight, starting with him growling like a rabid beast as he failed, again and again, to put his mask on.
That in and of itself would have been bizarre enough to go viral, but the next clip showing the man arguing with the pilot about wanting off the plane upped the stakes.
“You can’t hold us,” the passenger said, even as people around him explained they were literally still mid-flight.

“We’re already grounded!” he insisted. “Do you see anybody else getting up?” the pilot asked. “Sit!”
The man fumbled with his mask, seemingly yelled something about Joe Biden, and plopped back down in his seat.
The final clip showed the man slowly repeating to himself “I think of America not as a disgrace” as the cops approached his seat and pulled him off the plane.
@funnydenny shared the video with the caption “God bless flight attendants and pilots for what they have to deal with.” He also clarified that prior to the start of filming, the man had been going on some sort of racist diatribe to other passengers nearby.
“Our amazing crew who handled this so well asked us to not engage him at all,” he added.
According to ABC4, a Salt Lake City International Airport spokesperson confirmed that a passenger was escorted from a flight and received a citation for public intoxication.
