There are some pick up lines that are such a cliché that you can’t even tell if you’ve ever heard them in real life or if they’re just the first thing the doctor whispers to us as we arrive in the delivery room. The pick up line that is getting memeified on Twitter right now usually goes something like this:

“Did it hurt?” asks the horny person.
“Did what hurt?” asks their target, hopefully.

“When you fell from heaven, because you’re an angel!” they respond and then the two immediately start making out.
Just kidding, this pick up line has never worked in the history of mankind, which is exactly how long its been around.
On Twitter, people are taking the first part of the pick up line and pairing it with every possible moment of emotional hurt we experience as we grow up and grow old. They’re pretty funny, but reading them all…damn, a lot of stuff hurts.
