On Sunday, the Tesla CEO took issue with a tweet from senator Bernie Sanders, continuing to champion the idea that “the extremely wealthy pay their fair share” when it comes to taxes.
Musk, who is reportedly worth over $270 billion, disagrees, and decided to make that known by acting like a 12-year-old in response.

“I keep forgetting you’re still alive,” he replied.
Musk’s fanboys were quick to claim their hero was in the right and should not only never have to pay more in taxes, but also totally owned Bernie with a sick burn.
However, others were far more critical of the billionaire’s response, as well as his attitude.

Surely many people have tried by now to explain to Musk that simply not tweeting is always an option, but the little boy desperate for attention always seems to win out.
