Brass Against was performing at Welcome to Rockville last week when lead singer Sophia Urista informed the audience of her intent.
“Get my man with the can on his head ready, ‘cause we’re going to bring him onstage and I’mma piss in this motherf—ker’s mouth,” she said.

And the fan in question seemed like a completely willing participant. He joined the band on stage, and video shows him laying down and waiting patiently while Urista relieved herself — largely missing the can but definitely not missing his face.
The band apologized for the incident after video of it went viral, claiming that Sophia “got carried away” and “it’s not something you’ll see again at our shows.”
The Independent published a piece claiming Urista’s actions are “everything wrong with ‘rock’n’roll’ behavior,” while many commenters on Twitter were simply shocked.

But a lot of folks responded by calling the singer a badass and pointing out that the act appeared to be consensual.

If Brass Against lost any fans because of this incident, it seems pretty likely that they gained even more due to it. And if you want to check out any of their music, you can do so over here — urine-free.
