The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) presents the New Clark City project to a delegation of investors and professional service providers from Hong Kong and Shanghai led by the chairman of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Mr. Vincent Lo.The event was also attended by BCDA Chairman Greg Garcia, BCDA President/CEO Vince Dizon and Department of Trade and Industry Secretary Ramon Lopez.
