A TikTok made by @mbg9999 has gone viral on both Twitter and Reddit, even though the material in it started circulating for the first time in 2005, according to Snopes.

The TikTok is a semi-animated version of a conversation between a 911 dispatcher and a lady who wants police to come down and make sure she gets the hamburger she ordered.

No one knows if the person calling is pranking the dispatcher, but it is a real call made to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. The TikTok was then posted by u/quazziwazzi, on the r/PublicFreakout page, and on Twitter by @Tieshatalks:
“What is it that you want us to do for you?” the dispatcher asks the woman on calling in.
“Send an officer down here,” she says angrily. “I want to them to make it right.”
“Ma’am, we’re not going to go down there and enforce your western bacon cheeseburger,” says the dispatcher. The lady is stumped.
“What am I supposed to do?” she asks.

“This is between you and the manager,” the dispatcher explains. “We’re not gonna go and enforce how to make a hamburger; that’s not a criminal issue. There’s… there’s nothing criminal there.”
“So I just stand here…. so I just sit here…?”
For some reason, the dispatcher keeps talking to her and explains how to have a human interaction.
“You need to calmly and rationally speak to the manager and figure out what to do between you,” she says.

“She did come up, and I said, ‘Can I please have my western burger?’ She said, ‘I’m not dealing with it,’ and she walked away. Because they’re mopping the floor, and it’s also the fact that they don’t want to.”
No one wants to deal with this lady, clearly.
“Ma’am, then I suggest you get your money back and go somewhere else,” says the dispatcher. “This is… this is not a criminal issue. We can’t go out there and make them make you a cheeseburger the way you want it.”
“Well, you’re supposed to be here to protect me,” she says, clearly thinking this is a winning statement.
“Well, what are we protecting you from, a wrong cheeseburger?” the dispatcher asks.
