Waiting to cross Panguil Bay, tracing an old childhood route to a grandmother long gone save in my heart. Last time I was here, it was to join the Duterte 2016 Presidential Campaign for the first time in 18 March 2015. More than 3 years after, maybe its time to check the sails and the winds again.
