It looks like the “reply warrior” designation will be changing some hands now that Joe Biden will almost definitely be president next year, and former Fox News pundit Megyn Kelly is getting an early start. Biden is also getting an early start, but he’s putting together task forces and releasing detailed plans for addressing the coronavirus pandemic, while Kelly is accusing him of spending 2020 in a basement.

Biden has, of course, not spent the past year in a basement but has rather been campaigning in a socially responsible manner, keeping rallies small, wearing masks, and following recommended protocols on social distancing. Trump campaign rallies and parties, meanwhile, ended up being super-spreader events.

The former vice president is also busy enough that he probably didn’t even notice Kelly’s sad tweeting, but everyone’s favorite model and clap-backer Chrissy Teigen did.
“Where have you been?” Teigen asked in a reply to Kelly. “Aside from not on your own show since you got fired and all.”

In 2018, Kelly’s NBC News program Megyn Kelly Today was canceled after she defended the use of blackface on-air. Her contract with the network was terminated soon after.
Teigen’s response prompted some Kelly fans to defend the pundit, with one claiming that Kelly was “using her brain cells for something other than trolling everyone who doesn’t agree w her on Twitter.” The model countered by pointing out that Kelly “is literally doing that right now” with her quote tweet against Biden.

“It’s not trolling if it’s the truth homegirl,” Twitter user Megan replied. “It’s also the truth she got fired, ‘homegirl,’” Teigen hit back.
Kelly has so far declined to comment on getting torched by Teigen on Twitter.
