Scott Baio isn’t known for much of anything these days besides being a fervent Trump supporter, and one of the few recognizable names who vocally support the president, at that.

And like many Republicans, he doesn’t seem willing to let go of Trump’s presidency just yet, despite overwhelming evidence that, come January, Trump is finished and President-elect Joe Biden will be replacing him in the White House.

On Tuesday, Baio tweeted out a candle display from Michaels that had been meticulously rearranged to say “Trump is still your president.”
“Fun times at Michael’s,” he wrote. “God bless President Trump and God bless America.”

The tweet went viral, and Trump himself locked into it, sharing the post and telling Baio to “stay tuned.”

And others were happy to try to help Baio get with the times.

While the wording of the original tweet suggests Baio was trying to pass this off as something he did himself, he later berated people for making that assumption, claiming someone else sent him the picture and he simply reposted it.

Whatever the case, Michaels has no interest in the shenanigans. According to The Hill, the popular craft store made a point to say the display “was not created by Michaels and has been dismantled,” adding that the store “[strives] to maintain an inclusive environment for all our team members and customers.”
