Israeli Rabbi Daniel Asor blew up the internet over the weekend by making the incredible claim that the COVID-19 vaccine can make you gay because it contains embryonic material. Of course, and to the disappointment of many, the vaccine cannot make you gay, or gayer if you’re already gay, because how would that even work?

On his YouTube channel, which has over 14,000 subscribers, Rabbi Asor said that “any vaccine made using an embryonic substrate, and we have evidence of this, causes opposite tendencies,” which is apparently homophobe speak for “will give you the gay.”

The predictability of the jokes have made them no less hilarious.
Asor is considered a fringe figure in the Jewish community, which has largely encouraged people to get the vaccine as soon as they can. The rabbi has also claimed that COVID-19 was created by “an international cabal consisting of Bill Gates, the Freemasons and the Illuminati” for population control, according to Queerty. And, of course, that the vaccines contain microchips.

In classic fashion, the international queer community has jumped on the opportunity to further celebrate themselves, with many asking if a gay-inducing vaccine could increase the gay in someone who is already gay.

Other queer folks are ecstatic at the vision of a future without straight people around to toss nonsense like this about.

And, because it’s absolutely required, the world’s best gay Black cowboy rapper Lil Nas X got his say in on the matter.
