A man who went viral for yelling at a young woman, calling her a “stupid blue Asian hair girl” (likely meaning a “stupid, blue-haired Asian girl), and giving her a middle finger has lost his job as a realtor as a result.

The man in the video was identified as Mike Dalcin, and the video’s been uploaded to YouTube posterity.

In the video, he’s apparently upset that the woman in question is up against a car. It’s not clear whether it’s his car, as he’s walking two dogs, but he begins berating the woman, who is filming the whole incident.
According to Heavy, the woman who filmed Dalcin reported what happened on a now-deleted Twitter account.

The article reported her tweeting, “At 5pm I was walking in Brentwood at the intersection of Bundy & Montana. I stopped to look at my phone when this man came out of his home & verbally assaulted me.”
“He approached me, maskless. I asked him to step away. He called me ‘stupid blue hair asian girl’ & “dumb b*tch.’”

In the video, it’s clear that she asked him to back away from her and said he was harassing her.
He tells her, “No one’s going to pay attention to you because you’re dumb and you’re a stupid blue Asian haired girl,” adding “f—k you” a couple of times. (He throws in a middle finger for emphasis.)
When she noted, “I was literally just standing here,” he again said, “F—k you,” and added, “I can record you, you dumb b—tch. I can record you too. He then pulled out her camera, and said, “You see how stupid you are.”

He then walked toward her and said, “Get the f—k out of here you idiot. Dumb f—king bitch.”
The realty company Dalcin was working for, Beach City Brokers, posted to Facebook upon learning of the video, and severed ties with him.
The post noted, “We have become aware of a video circulating on social media that involves a new agent we recently hired … Effective immediately, Mike Dalcin has been removed as an agent from our office and is no longer an agent at our Company.”
It also noted, “Beach City Brokers insist and will always maintain a high standard of integrity and ethics and will not tolerate racism or any other unprofessional behavior.”

Heavy also notes, “An old bio online says that Dalcin studied Criminology at the University of California and has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and social behavior.”
Perhaps Dalcin needs to study up on his social behavior.
