Oprah’s Ankle Draws QAnon Conspiracy Theorists After Meghan Markle Interview

An unexpected group is weighing in after Oprah’s interview with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry — the QAnon conspiracy theorists.

Followers of Q have long believed that a number of high profile Democrats and Hollywood personalities are engaged in some sort of Satanic pedophile/cannibal ring and will eventually see a comeuppance from former president Donald Trump.

On several occasions, they’ve theorized that these figures — a list that includes people like Tom Hanks and Anderson Cooper — have already been arrested and are awaiting charges. In fact, when Hanks announced he was quarantining after testing positive for COVID last year, they took it as a sign that he was actually under house arrest for his (completely fictitious) crimes.

Oprah is also on their radar for the same reason, and some QAnon folks believe that she was wearing an ankle monitor in the heavily anticipated interview — proof, they say, that the long anticipated “storm” is on its way at last.

Rational people don’t need to hear that Oprah is not actually under house arrest for eating the flesh of young children as part of a Satanic ritual, but we live in absurd times, so it bears spelling out all the same.

According to Snopes, the bump was likely nothing more than an awkward crease in the leather of the boots. This is a likely explanation, though others have also suggested an unusual placement for a mic pack.

Either way, the QAnon claims that this “proves” Oprah has been under house arrest since last year are still circulating, despite the severe reach going on.

Oprah previously had to deny that she had been arrested after the insane and baseless rumors started up last spring.

“Haven’t been raided, or arrested,” she wrote at the time. “Just sanitizing and self distancing with the rest of the world.”
