This year’s Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) has it all — a golden Trump statue, a stage shaped like a classic Nazi symbol, and apparently even Roger Stone dancing.

The convicted felon, who was pardoned by Trump towards the end of his presidency, was caught on camera outside of the convention, dancing it up alongside some guy rapping about the former president.

“Who won? Trump won! Who won? Trump won!” the other guy sang over pre-recorded music as a shades-wearing Stone awkwardly moved next to him.
It’s unfortunately worth noting that all of this took place in front of a pick-up truck painted with an American flag, the number 45, and an image of Trump’s head on Rambo’s body.
The whole thing feels like Ben Shapiro decided to play a game of mad libs that came to life in some horrifying fever dream.

While the video is undeniably nauseating in a number of regards, a lot of people stayed focused on the fact that Stone should be in prison right now for witness tampering, and many consider it an egregious misuse of the presidential pardon that he is instead out at CPAC acting like a fool.
It really fucking pisses me off seeing that video of Roger Stone dancing today outside CPAC! It pisses me off that he’s not in prison. It pisses me off that he fucking thinks he something special! He fucking makes me sick!

If events like CPAC are what awaits us on the other side of this pandemic, maybe everything should just stay shut down.
