A video going viral on Reddit captures one of the worst Karens imaginable—a Pinkberry Karen—and gives viewers the great satisfaction of a manager shutting her down.

The video, which claims in its title features a Karen who “comes in weekly and asks for a refund over the same issue.”

According to the Daily Dot’s report on it, “Redditor u/whovehearted uploaded the video to the r/PublicFreakout forum. It starts amid a disagreement in which ‘Pinkberry Karen’ is upset about her dessert size.”
The video does, to be fair, mostly show a co-worker largely blase through the fight, but does contain plenty of audio capturing the conflict.

In the video, the woman complains about the size of the dessert, noting, “No, this is a f—king small” when told by a man behind the counter she had a large.
“You have f—king glasses on, which means you should be able to f—king see,” the woman tells him, escalating the situation. “And I want a large, so make this sh—t correctly before I shove it down your damn throat.”
“Here, I got you. I’m sorry,” the employee says as he takes back the yogurt. Then, he escalates the situation, pulling down his mask and taking a big bite out of the dessert in front of her. (The dessert item does appear to be large, given a binary choice between large and small.)

She is displeased by this action, however, and exclaims, “What the f—k is wrong with you?”
He yells for her to get out, and she calls for the manager in true Karen form. He, however, notes that he is the manager.
As the Daily Dot article noted, his customer service management is reminiscent of the Chapelle’s Show “Popcopy” sketch, where when dealing with customers, “Your job is to frustrate them and make them feel uncomfortable.”
It does appear, however, that the Pinkberry Karen had already made the manager feel uncomfortable and unwanted first.
