Videos of a woman running alongside some young men and/or teenage boys trying to skateboard in an open space, appearing to try and stop them from doing so for reasons that are not clear, though many assume she is a “Karen” type of woman who thinks skateboarding is a public nuisance. However, according to comments made by some of the young people in the videos, it was legal for them to skate in that area and they even pointed out a police officer to her that she could have complained to if it wasn’t.

One of these videos appears to have originated from nearly a year ago, originally posted by TikTok user “Cody Agent Blanc.” It resurfaced after a similar video featuring the same woman in the same bright orange shoes was posted by the “Skater Problems” Twitter account.

“This lady started harassing us and getting in our faces while we were minding our own business and not breaking any rules,” Cody explains in the video captions.
In this footage, the woman appears to attempt to stop the young folks from skateboarding but repeatedly fails to do so, getting left in the dust by the people with wheels. At one point she stands in the way of the individual taking the video as he asks her if she wants him to leave or not since she’s standing in the way.

She continues to try and be in the way as the skaters ask her why she doesn’t continue with her run and why any of this is worth her time.
The video posted by Skater Problems appears to show the same woman in a different part of the area pulling the same thing, running alongside a skateboarder in close proximity (without a mask) and then running after him after he speeds away, utterly failing to stop him while the others laugh at her.

The closest she gets is one moment when the young man has to abandon his skateboard because he can’t turn away from an obstacle with her right next to him, causing the board to go flying and come close to hitting a pedestrian.
Though many have found the videos amusing, it seems like this woman was creating more of a dangerous situation than there needed to be by putting her feet so close to the wheels, which could have easily tripped one of the skaters. In another video showing a different angle, she does successfully get in the skater’s way once as the person filming comments that “she’s trying to get run over.”

Yet another video posted by a young woman shows the same lady running alongside skaters on bicycles who are simply carrying skateboards. Some of the kids start forcefully coughing in her direction, which isn’t the coolest response, but then for some reason, she does the same but with her hand over her mouth. The poster claimed that she followed them around for two hours.
It remains a mystery as to why this woman is so invested in harassing the local youth except for maybe it’s just a great way to stay in shape.
