Jeanine Pirro absolutely lost it when a guest on her show confronted her with facts—and then she kicked him off the air.

Immigration attorney David Leopold was brought on Sunday night to discuss how the Biden administration is handling immigration in a post-Trump world.

Republicans have been critical of the situation at the U.S./Mexico border since Joe Biden became president and repealed Trump-era policies that many criticized as inhumane. And there has been a surge in undocumented migrants, but Leopold argued that it’s cyclical in nature, and specifically pushed back against Pirro’s claim that Biden is importing them on purpose.
“They’re not facts Jeanine,” Leopold said at one point. “Very few things that I hear on this show tonight have been facts. You said this evening that the border’s open. That’s not true.”
He then went on to accuse Fox News and Republicans of trying to drum up discontent regarding the border so as to distract from the Democrats’ COVID relief bill—which no Republicans voted to pass.
“Biden kept his promise. He’s putting COVID relief out there,” he said. “He’s making America better. He’s making America great again.”
At that point, Pirro cut him off with possibly the most hilarious statement ever made by a Fox News host: “I don’t tolerate lies on my show.”

“He is bringing COVID into this country, after Americans weren’t allowed to go to work, go to church, or visit families, or go to funerals,” Pirro continued. “And now he’s bringing in a whole pandemic during a pandemic.
“David Leopold, thanks for being here. Thanks for nothing.”
Complaints about COVID coming from Fox News after its hosts spent much of the pandemic downplaying the virus, insisting everything needed to be reopened, and dismissing safety protocols is a little too ridiculous for most rational people.
