A town hall event with Senator and COVID-denier Rand Paul took a clearly unexpected turn on Friday when one caller who was clearly not properly vetted let the Republican know in two simple words. This resulted in an extremely awkward pause, during which we may see the closest example yet caught on video of a person’s soul leave their body as the town hall host’s jaw drops and Paul sits there being exactly as useful as he is on a regular basis on the U.S. Senate.

“Hi Senator, I am a proud Kentucky citizen, and I just wanted to tell you to get f—ed,” says Alexis Toon.

After a couple of excruciating seconds in which the host has to overcome a bit of shock from realizing that the event she put together was just ruined, she decides to move it along as though nothing happened. However, this did not stop the clip from the town hall from landing on social media and spreading to everywhere in which there are haters of Senator Rand Paul.
Credit for this amazing video has been claimed by TikTok user Lexi Toon, who did a split video showing the town hall moment with the young woman holding up her driver’s license to show that her name matches the one stated by the event host right before she told Paul to get f—ed.
According to Toon, she was for some reason called by the people organizing the town hall to ask a question, who either had a wrong number and a lot of bad luck or simply did not do the proper research before contacting people they apparently thought were Rand Paul supporters.

“When they call you to ask you to be part of a live Town Hall and listen to Rand spew misinformation,” she wrote in the video description.
She also indicated that the original video was taken down after being flagged on TikTok for “bullying,” which is wild considering the actual bullying problem that TikTok has going on right now. If anything, Paul has been bullying Dr. Anthony Fauci for over a year, trying to paint him as a liar for starters as well as partially responsible for the entire pandemic and over four million deaths worldwide, all while pushing misinformation about the illness and the nature of viral contagions.
This is likely one of a number of reasons why Toon was inspired to take up the opportunity to tell Paul to get f—ed. We enjoy saying that as much as people on Twitter appear to enjoy hearing it.
