A video of a lovely moment in a London restaurant is going viral across social media as people enjoy the sight of a little kindness and consideration at a public establishment for once. The footage shows a woman who describes herself as “completely blind” getting a surprise dessert at her birthday dinner at Luciano by Gino D’Acampo, which came in a form that someone like Natalie could truly appreciate.

The waiters delivered a platter to Natalie with the words “Happy Birthday” spelled out in both English and braille in modeling chocolate. One of them them asks for her hand and directs her to feel the plate, and her reaction when she realizes what they’ve done is priceless.

“No freaking way,” she says as she reads the message with her fingers. “You did not!”
“You guys are amazing,” says the woman filming as she turns the camera on the servers.
“Oh my god, are you kidding me!” says Natalie before laughing in delight. “That’s insane.”
One of the servers then presents her with another platter that looks to contain something delicious as Natalie thanks them profusely, and the video ends.
Natalie posted the video to her TikTok account in an attempt to show that even during the worst of times, there is still a lot of kindness in the world, and people will often go above and beyond to make someone’s day incredible if given the chance.
“So take heart, despite how broken the world is right now…true kindness still exists,” she wrote in the video captions.
The original video on TikTok has received over 9.4 million views in a single day as people eat up this display of a positive human interaction. This hopefully helped to bring attention to her other videos, where she shows off her incredible singing voice around London, whether on the streets, in her home, or at the salon.

Commenters have been gushing about her and the restaurant staff all day long. And also crying.
“I didn’t plan on crying today.. but here we are!” wrote one TikTok user.
“I’m at a point in my life now that every time I see something nice and kind, I’m crying,” said another, and we felt that in our souls.
